After you submit your KNB application, the next important stage is Data Verification by the Indonesian Embassy. This step usually happens between 6 April and 17 April 2026. In this stage, the Indonesian Embassy in your country checks all your documents and forms.
If everything is correct, your application moves forward. If something is wrong, they will contact you.

The embassy checks two main things:
