Who Can Apply (Eligibility 2026)

Your passport must be valid until March 2027 at least.
Easy Steps to Apply
- December 2025 – January 2026 Choose 3 universities. Email them now for Letter of Acceptance (LoA). Start today.
- 10–15 February 2026 The KNB portal opens. Make your account and fill the form.
- January–February 2026 Get recommendation letter stamped by Indonesian Embassy in Dhaka.
- Submit before 28 March 2026 Send everything early (best before 20 March).
- May–June 2026 Interview (online or at embassy in Dhaka).
- August 2026 Results come out. Winners get award letter.

- Bring passport copy
- Degree and transcript (English version)
- CV
- LoA (if you have it)
- Printed KNB form
- Go to embassy Monday–Friday 9 am–12 pm
- Ask for KNB recommendation stamp
- It is free and takes 1–3 days

Tips from 2025 Bangladeshi Winners
- Start LoA emails in November.
